Big name actors like Martin Sheen are expected to testify in the upcoming Accutane trial of James Marshall. Marshall appeared in popular movies like "A Few Good Men", and the TV series "Twin Peaks". Marshall is claiming that the Acne Drug Accutane led to his Inflammatory Bowel disease which caused him to have his colon removed.

Judge Carol Higbee has had to delay Marshall's case against Drug Giant -Roche Pharamceuticals until another Accutane case is retried. Kammie Kendall was awarded 10.5 million for her Inflammatory Bowel disease, but a higher court ruled Roche should have been allowed to show some additional scientific evidence to the jury. A similar case was retried earlier this year which resulted in a 25 million dollar verdict agaisnt Roche.

The Marshall case is just one of over a thousand lawsuits claiming that Roche's Drug Accutane causes Inflammatory Bowel disease.
